Job Description OverviewOur organization is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to become part of the esteemed Hill Country OBGyn, with locations in Austin and Dripping Springs, TX. For seasoned OBGyn professionals, this is a chance to advance your career in a physician-owned and led environment that offers exceptional support.Practice Highlights:Hill Country OBGyn has been a trusted provider in the Austin metro area for over 20 years.The practice is expanding, currently comprising 8 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners.We operate from two conveniently located offices in Austin and Dripping Springs, just 13 miles apart.All deliveries are conducted at a single hospital, St. David's South Austin.St. David's South Austin features a Level II NICU, specialized women's health services, hospitalist support, and da Vinci robotic surgery capabilities.Gynecological surgeries can also be performed at St. David's Austin Surgery Center.Enjoy a favorable work/life balance with a call schedule of 1 in 7 and weekend duties also at 1 in 7.Post-call days off are provided.Average patient load is approximately 25 per day.Each physician averages 10-20 deliveries monthly.Competitive compensation package with a 2-year salary guarantee and potential bonuses.Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan with employer matching, paid time off, CME allowance, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.Partnership eligibility after 3 years of service in the practice.City/Location Highlights:Austin is frequently recognized as one of the top places to live in the U.S., celebrated for its pleasant climate, robust economy, and vibrant cultural scene.
