Our client, a well-established provider of building materials and lumber supplies, is seeking a Counter Sales to join their team. As a Counter Sales, you will be part of the Office and Lumber Sales Department supporting customer service and sales operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.**Job Title:** Counter Sales**Location:** Tahoe City, CA**Pay Range:** $25-$30**Shift:** Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm**What's the Job?**+ Build and maintain relationships with contractors and customers to support sales and service goals.+ Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing exceptional service.+ Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of lumber and building materials.+ Assist customers with lumber and building material purchases, provide product knowledge, and prepare quotes.+ Maintain a professional and organized workspace while contributing to the overall efficiency of daily operations.**What's Needed?**+ Excellent knowledge of MS Office.+ Sound basic math skills crucial for lumber sales.+ Strong computer skills and understanding of building products software platforms.+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:**+ Medical and Prescription Drug Plans+ Dental Plan+ Supplemental Life Insurance+ Short Term Disability Insurance+ 401(k)If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
