Workday Security Developer

Seeking a full-time remote Workday Security & Integration Developer, the role will manage the redesign of Workday security, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and implement comprehensive security solutions while maintaining integrations.Key responsibilitiesLead the redesign of Workday security to enhance clarity and reduce excessive accessCollaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to validate security configurations and communicate access design decisionsDesign and maintain security solutions and compliance dashboards to monitor access and configuration changesRequired qualificationsMinimum of 5 years of Workday configuration experience, with at least 3 years focused on Workday security administrationDemonstrated experience redesigning Workday security models at enterprise scaleDeep knowledge of Workday security constructs and SOC 2 compliance requirementsMinimum of 1 year of experience with Workday integrations, preferably Workday StudioStrong knowledge of XML and XSLT for designing and maintaining integrations
