In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on power sports and/or diesel equipment. Additional tasks include delivering excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships. You will also assist with identifying and addressing mechanical and operational issues and documenting service activities accurately.QualificationsProven ability in Maintenance & Repair of power sports and diesel equipmentSkill in Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issuesExperience in providing quality repairs with attention to detailStrong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfactionKnowledgeable about routine and preventive Maintenance practicesUnderstanding of power sports and diesel system operationsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamTechnical certification or degree in mechanics or a related field preferredPrevious experience in power sports or diesel equipment service is highly desirable
