This role focuses on selling property management solutions while ensuring excellent client service and project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and close new business opportunities with property owners and investorsSell property management solutions including:Property Management ServicesContinuity Management ServicesLocal Agent in Charge ServicesResidential Rental Property Renovation & Repair ServicesBuild and maintain long-term client relationshipsConduct site checks to ensure services and projects are completed properlyManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closingMaintain a strong sales pipeline and meet revenue targetsQualifications3+ years of sales, account management, or business development experienceProperty management, real estate, or related industry experience preferredStrong relationship-building and consultative sales skillsSelf-motivated and able to work in a hybrid environmentCompensationUncapped commission structureRealistic earnings: $70,000 – $150,000+ annually
