Quality Manager

This full-time, 100 % onsite role (Fredonia, WI) is looking for a candidate that is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.  ResponsibilitiesDevelop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standardsIdentify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive actionPerform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findingsBuild a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluationsQualificationsQuality control, Auditing, and Regulatory Compliance skillsExperience in implementing quality management systemsStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsKnowledge of FDA regulations and GMP standardsExcellent communication and leadership skillsBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field
