You’ll work closely with Physical Therapists to implement treatment plans that help patients regain mobility and function. With an average of 8 patients per day, you’ll have the time to focus on quality care while contributing to a growing, patient-centered practice.Responsibilities include:Deliver prescribed physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical TherapistProvide hands-on, manual therapy techniques when appropriateMonitor patient progress and report updates to supervising Physical TherapistsEducate patients on exercises and recovery plansMaintain accurate and timely documentationCollaborate with clinical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomesSupport a positive, team-oriented clinical environmentOffice is open: 7am - 6pm (Flexible with shifts: 7-4pm, 8-5pm, 9-6pm, Monday-Friday)Requirements and Qualifications:Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) from an accredited programActive PTA license1+ years of Physical Therapy Assistant experienceExperience or interest with manual therapyAbility to work with a wide range of patient populations and conditionsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team settingAbout the Hiring Company:Our client is a growing outpatient physical therapy practice known for its personalized approach to patient care and commitment to clinical excellence.
