What You'll Do Job responsibilities include the following: Provide staff training and support for clinical best practices Conduct clinical audits to ensure compliance and quality standards Oversee and manage laboratory operations Serve as a Float RN, assisting multiple providers rather than being assigned to one Prepare and submit accurate reports as required What We're Looking For Education: Associates degree OR Bachelor's degree in Nursing, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
