Our culture is unique in that we offer the growth opportunities of a large company, but we still maintain that "small town feel" and community here at PAM.About this opportunityPAM Transport is looking for an Advertising & Communications Manager to oversee driver recruiting advertising and communications efforts across platforms including Google, Indeed, Facebook, social media, and other digital channels.This role will be responsible for creating, managing, tracking, and optimizing recruiting advertisements to drive qualified CDL-A driver leads. The position will monitor advertising performance daily, track trends and lead flow, and provide reporting and recommendations to leadership teams throughout the month.Pay and ScheduleThis position is Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. The pay range is $70,000 - $9,000 annually dependent on experience.BenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance401KPTOOther Voluntary BenefitsResponsibilitiesManage recruiting advertising campaigns across digital platformsTrack advertising performance, lead flow, and ROI using excel and power BI.Present monthly advertising plans and report campaign resultsManage advertising budget and set monthly spend across all marketing and recruiting platforms to optimize performance and hiring outcomes.Work with recruiting and marketing teams on advertising strategy and creative contentManage vendors, job boards, and advertising partnersOversee social media, communications, and company media effortsManage a creative team of 3 employees (advertising coord, graphic designer, videographer) and help prioritize projects, workload, and deadlinesProvide leadership, direction, and feedback to team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and aligned with company goalsManage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and IndeedProficient in data analytics and performance tracking tools including Excel, Google Analytics, ATS reporting tools, and related systemsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentExperience managing people, projects, and team prioritiesQualifications2+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fieldBachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field preferredLeadership or management experience preferredExperience within the transportation industry is preferred, but not requiredThe company will provide reasonable accommodations to employees who require them to perform the essential functions of their job to the extent it does not impose an undue hardship or create a risk of harm to the employee or others.PAM Transport is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
