📊 Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Data & AI)Location: Remote LATAMType: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe’re seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to design and deliver modern analytics solutions that combine BI, data platforms, and AI-driven insights.This is a client-facing consulting role where you’ll turn complex data into actionable insights and help organizations make better, data-driven decisions.What You’ll DoDesign and build dashboards, reports, and semantic models (Power BI, Tableau)Define KPIs and translate business needs into analytics solutionsIntegrate predictive analytics and ML models into reportingArchitect solutions using modern data platforms (Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse)Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and presentationsCollaborate with data engineering and AI teamsMentor junior BI team members and promote best practicesWhat You Bring5+ years in BI, analytics, or data consulting2+ years leading BI technical projects, client engagements, or solution architecture.Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, semantic modeling, Tabular Editor).
