ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain complex calendars across multiple time zonesCoordinate extensive travel arrangements, including last-minute changesMonitor, triage, and respond to emails on behalf of attorneys/executivesServe as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholdersHandle billing processes, time entry, and expense reportsMaintain and update client records and internal databasesOpen new matters and assist with conflict checksDraft engagement letters and other administrative documentationCoordinate meetings, conference calls, and eventsEnsure accuracy and quality of documents, filings, and work productQualifications5+ years of legal administrative experienceProven experience managing complex calendaring across time zonesExperience managing inboxes and acting on behalf of senior leadersTravel coordination experience, including frequent changesExposure to billing and time entry processesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience supporting a partner or senior executive is a plusBachelor’s degree preferredFamiliarity with client databases and billing systems is a plus
