Cell Phone Technician

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician. Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various electronic devices and equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. ## Responsibilities - Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on a variety of electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablets, and computers - Perform repairs following technical manuals, schematics, and standard operating procedures - Utilize hand tools - Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions with clients - Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory levels ## Qualifications - Proficiency in iOS, Mac OS, Windows, Android - Experience with hand tools - Knowledge of computer hardware components - Familiarity with mobile devices and retail sales environments is a plus - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently - Previous experience in field service or repair technician roles is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
