Finance Operations Analyst - Mobility

Through global reach and breakthrough inventions, we're delivering products that enable the world to breathe easier, live greener, and go further than ever before.With over 60 manufacturing facilities with a global workforce of over 9,000 of the industry's most experienced talent, including insulation and filtration experts, Alkegen is uniquely positioned to help customers impact the environment in meaningful ways.The Operations Finance analyst will be responsible for supporting the Ops Finance Leader for Mobility in ensuring strong financial control, cost management and informed capital investment decisions across the Mobility Group manufacturing facilities This role will report directly to the Operations Finance Leader.Work Schedule: Requires in-office attendance four days per week Monday-Thursday, with Friday designated as work-from-home.Responsibilities:Support analyst to the Operations Finance Leader for MobilityOwns analytics around manufacturing performance through ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, monitoring manufacturing variances, global inventory levels and DIO performance, and performance against plan for P&L and global capital spendCollaborate with Plant Controllers on specific ad-hoc site support and analyses as guided by the Operations Finance LeaderAdvise business leadership regarding any manufacturing initiatives, analytics, financial operations KPI trends and insights on driversEnable forecasting process for both short-term and long-term operational costs and variances for all Mobility manufacturing facilities globallyKey Competencies:Is a consistent role model for the Alkegen Core ValuesDemonstrates excellent process management and change management skillsExemplifies a systems-thinking mindset being able to navigate complexity and understand secondary and tertiary financial impacts on decisionsStrong financial acumen with proven advanced financial modelling capability and commercial judgementDevelops relationships that enable effective leading, coaching, and development of team membersIs a highly motivated problem solver able to balance priorities well under pressureCommunicates clearly with all stakeholder groups; quickly builds trust, credibility and respect with senior leadership.Can translate complex financial analyses into clear decision framework for leadership to quickly assessQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required1-5 years of relevant FP&A experience focused in a manufacturing settingAbility and excitement to navigate a complex, fast growing, global manufacturing and business environmentExcellent organizational and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsExtremely proficient with Microsoft Excel/PowerPointSalary:* 78,524.00 USD AnnualPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
