We provide a comprehensive range of essential facility management services to over 1,000 clients across various sectors, inclusive of commercial and government buildings, residential communities, schools, industrial facilities, transportation hubs, and retail outlets throughout the East Coast and New England.The RoleMost/all of the following service tasks are to be completed daily depending on your role.Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and SundayShift: 8:00am - 4:30pmPay rate: $16.00 / hr - $17.00 / hrResponsibilities & SkillsAll qualified applicants should have at least 2 years of service in an organization.Must possess experience in cleaning/janitorial background.Basic PaintingWall RepairLight PlumbingLight Electrical and CarpentryAbility to communicate with site management, operations managers, and property managersBilingual is a plus.Cleaning of residential general common areas.Mopping.Vacuuming.Trash removal.Cleaning the lounge, gym, and restrooms.The position may consist of continual lifting and moving of equipment and furnitureThe requirements and duties described above may be modified or waived by the Company in its sole discretion without notice.Guardian Service Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
