This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talented professionals across mortgage operations, sales, underwriting, processing, closing, and corporate functions.What You'll DoTalent AcquisitionPartner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for mortgage-related and corporate positions.Create compelling job postings and promote opportunities through industry-specific job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and the company website.Source and engage both active and passive candidates using innovative recruiting methods, networking events, industry associations, and employee referral programs.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding support.Recruitment Strategy & AnalyticsDevelop and execute recruitment initiatives that attract high-quality candidates who align with the company's culture, values, and business objectives.Build talent pipelines for critical mortgage positions, including Account Executives , Account Managers, Underwriters, Closers, and Operations professionals.Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate quality, and retention to drive continuous improvement.Stay informed on mortgage industry trends, hiring challenges, and labor market conditions to maintain a competitive recruiting strategy.Compliance & Record KeepingEnsure all recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and industry regulations.Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within the applicant tracking system.Support fair, consistent, and compliant hiring practices throughout the recruitment process.What We're Looking ForProven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the mortgage, banking, financial services, or lending industry.Strong understanding of mortgage operations and the ability to recruit for specialized roles across the organization.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for connecting top talent with rewarding career opportunities.
