Carrier Compliance Coordinator
Carrier Compliance CoordinatorKey Responsibilities Carrier Compliance & Risk Management
Manage end-to-end carrier onboarding and ongoing compliance within the TMS and third-party risk management platforms, including Highway.
Review carrier profiles, documentation, and risk indicators to determine compliance eligibility.
Perform continuous risk analysis of the carrier base with emphasis on fraud prevention and cargo theft mitigation.
Maintain audit-ready documentation aligned with FMCSA regulations, insurance requirements, and internal policies.
Operational Support & Communication
Communicate carrier status, approvals, and compliance issues to internal teams.
Perform follow-ups with carriers and third parties to obtain required documentation and resolve discrepancies.
Provide guidance related to carrier clearance processes and system navigation.
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
Conduct quality assurance reviews, contract audits, and compliance validations.
Develop and maintain SOPs related to carrier compliance and onboarding.
Monitor and maintain carrier scorecards.
Issue Resolution and Escalation
Identify, investigate, and escalate non-compliance issues and discrepancies.
Document findings and recommendations regarding carrier relationships.
Qualifications and Skillsets

Experience in transportation, logistics, compliance, or risk management preferred.
Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations and carrier compliance standards.
Familiarity with Highway or similar risk platforms preferred.
