Job Description Project/ProgramEnterprise Content Management Systems (ECM) in the Department of Health Dedicated Support TeamECM projects have multiple parts – the ECM repository, scanning/ingestion, and data collection using mobile application. This consultant will maintain existing and develop new processes to ingest documents and data collection for projects for Department of Health Dedicated Support Team.Day-to-Day TasksDuties include but are not limited to the following: Monitoring ECM systems performance and recommend improvements/changes. Support and administration of the existing DOH ECM infrastructure. Installation and administration of OpenText Intelligent Capture/Captiva software. Design and documentation of proposed document ingestion solutions. Definition of the databases and interfaces to/from OpenText Intelligent Capture/Captiva software. Creation of ingestion processes and associated documentation. Participation in the testing and implementation of solutions Monitoring of performance and recommend improvements/changes Support and administration of GroveWare eXFORMA and MobiTask applications and infrastructure.Mandatory QualificationSoftware Architect -Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms.
