Board Certified - REQUIREDActive IA license or Active IMLC - REQUIRED (Client will review candidates requiring a new IA license IF they can offer 4 consecutive weeks of coverage)Required procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy3D RadiotherapyExternal Beam Radiation - IMRTExternal Beam Radiation - IGRTExternal Beam Radiation - 3D-CRTStereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)Stereotactic RadiosurgeryPhoton Beam Radiation TherapyFractionated Stereotactic RadiotherapyMust be able to start ASAP upon credentialing - REQUIRED (Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 days)
