Opportunity Currently two Orthopedic groups with each has 4 general orthopedic surgeons. One spine surgeon in practice (also have a contracted neurosurgeon who does spine surgery one day a week) Participation in general ortho call is required for this position. Medical Center continually invests in the latest equipment and can offer both Rosa and Mako robotics as well as spine navigation, O arm, and AIRO CT. Compensation/Benefits $875,000 + bonus based on RVU production $75,000 sign-on bonus $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3) Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning a base salary) 33 days of time off 5 days + $6,000 CME annually 1:6 call Location/Community: Life in Central Illinois boasts a convenient location and small-town cohesiveness.
