Tax Provision Manager

CI Search Group has partnered with a large global organization on a Tax Provision Manager opportunity supporting a sophisticated multinational tax function.This is a highly visible role within a collaborative corporate tax team, offering exposure to global provision matters, process transformation initiatives, and leadership responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Lead quarterly and annual income tax provision review processesOversee ASC 740 reporting, FIN 48 analysis, journal entries, and tax account reconciliationsPartner cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and external advisorsSupport acquisition integration and international reporting initiativesDrive process improvements and strengthen reporting efficiencies across the tax functionManage and mentor senior-level tax professionalsAssist with SOX compliance and internal control processesIdeal Background:6+ years of corporate tax and/or public accounting experienceStrong ASC 740 tax provision experience requiredExperience within complex multinational or large corporate environmentsCPA preferredPublic company and/or large public accounting background preferredExperience with major ERP systems and tax provision software is a plusStrong leadership, communication, and process improvement mindsetThis opportunity offers strong visibility, career growth potential, and the chance to join a high-performing tax organization undergoing continued evolution and transformation.
