HIRING — SAP Plan to Produce Value Stream LeadClient: ConfidentialLocation: 100% Remote, USAExperience Required: 15+ YearsEmployment Type: ContractRate: $60/hr MAXIndustry: Aerospace & Defence / Manufacturing / SAPWork Authorisation: US Citizen.Role OverviewWe are hiring a senior SAP Plan to Produce Value Stream Lead to drive end-to-end ownership of SAP manufacturing and supply chain delivery within a complex Aerospace & Defense environment.This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep SAP functional expertise, cross-stream integration experience, and strong program delivery ownership across S/4HANA implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full lifecycle delivery of the Plan-to-Produce value stream (Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Stabilization)Drive alignment between business processes, SAP design, and execution strategyAct as functional integration lead across multiple SAP modules, system integrators, and stakeholdersLead cross-functional coordination across modules such as:Materials Management (MM)Production Planning (PP)Quality Management (QM)Demand PlanningTransportation Management (TM)Global Trade Services (GTS)Ensure end-to-end integration across supply chain and manufacturing processesManage delivery execution including timeline, scope, risks, RAID, and milestonesProvide executive-level reporting, governance, and escalation managementResolve design conflicts and ensure scalable, compliant SAP solutionsRequired Qualifications15+ years of SAP experience with strong Plan-to-Produce domain expertiseHands-on experience as a Functional Lead / Senior Consultant in at least one core module (MM, PP, QM, TM, etc.)Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementationsStrong understanding of manufacturing & supply chain integration in SAPExperience managing large-scale SAP programs with multiple SIsExperience working in global delivery (onshore–offshore) modelsAerospace & Defense industry experience preferredKey SkillsSAP S/4HANASAP MM / PP / QM / TM / GTSManufacturing & Supply ChainValue Stream LeadershipProgram & Delivery ManagementRAID ManagementCross-Functional IntegrationExecutive Stakeholder Management📩 Interested candidates — share your resume at:aman.kapri@akrisolutions.com
