Leasing & Asset Relations Manager

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Leasing & Asset Relations Manager for a high-profile Class A commercial property ownership group. This is a full-time, on-site role located in downtown San Francisco, CA.Position OverviewThe Commercial Leasing & Asset Relations Manager will play a key role in driving leasing activity and enhancing tenant experience for a premier downtown San Francisco office asset currently in an active lease-up phase. This individual will lead leasing strategy, manage tenant relationships, and execute deals to support significant occupancy growth from approximately 50% toward stabilization.This is a highly visible opportunity for a results-driven real estate professional to take ownership of a landmark property, driving both near-term leasing performance and long-term tenant retention strategy.PerksCompetitive base salary with clear performance-based salary growth tied to occupancy milestonesOpportunity to take ownership of leasing strategy for a prominent Class A asset during a critical lease-up phaseDirect exposure to ownership and cross-functional leadership teamsComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Bonus potential aligned with key performance goalsResponsibilitiesLead all leasing efforts including sourcing, negotiating, and closing new tenant deals to drive occupancy growthManage tenant relationships and oversee lease renewals to support retention and long-term satisfactionPartner with brokers, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to structure and execute lease agreementsMaintain and report on leasing pipeline, forecasts, and market activity to ownershipCoordinate with architects and construction teams on space planning and tenant improvementsOversee leasing operations including tours, marketing readiness, and overall suite presentationQualificationsExperience in commercial real estate leasing, ideally within Class A or urban office assetsStrong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals in a competitive marketKnowledge of local market dynamics and ability to build relationships within the brokerage communityDetail-oriented with strong contract review and analytical skillsExcellent communication and customer service skills with a tenant-focused mindsetCompensation And BenefitsThis position offers a base salary starting at $110,000 annually, with some flexibility based on experience, and a clear path to increased earnings through a structured performance-based model.Base salary increases are tied directly to occupancy growth, with $5,000increases for every 5% increase in building occupancy, up to approximately $160,000+ at full stabilization.
