Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Description OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, particularly in working with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. This role involves conducting patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families. The BCBA will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those they serve through evidence-based practices.DutiesConduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and effective communication regarding treatment plans.Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and family members on behavior management techniques.Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in behavioral analysis and autism treatment.ExperienceA Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disorders is preferred.Proficiency in medical terminology, patient care, and medical documentation practices.Strong skills in data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions.Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance in all aspects of patient interaction.Join our team as we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with behavioral health challenges.
