Head of Amazon / eCommerce (On-Site)

Job Description About the Role:Nightstick is seeking a senior-level Head of Amazon / eCommerce to lead and scale our Amazon business across Seller Central and Vendor Central. This is a high-impact, on-site Director level role with full ownership of channel performance, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.We are looking for a candidate with extensive Amazon management experience and a strong marketing-led growth mindset, capable of driving revenue through best-in-class content, advertising, and brand positioning while maintaining operational excellence. What You'll Own:Amazon Channel LeadershipFull P&L ownership of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central businessDefine and execute a scalable, marketing-driven eCommerce growth strategyAct as the internal subject matter expert and leader for all Amazon initiativesMarketing & Revenue Growth (Primary Focus)Lead full-funnel Amazon marketing strategy across SEO, paid media, and conversion optimizationOwn and optimize Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)Continuously test and optimize content, creatives, and keyword strategies to improve performance and accelerate growthBrand & Content ExcellenceOversee all product listing optimization including titles, bullets, A+ Content, and backend attributesOwn Amazon Brand Store strategy, design, and ongoing optimizationEnsure a premium, conversion-focused customer experience across all product detail pagesCatalog & Account Health ManagementResolve suppressed listings, compliance issues, and catalog inconsistenciesMaintain strong account health and ensure adherence to Amazon policies and best practicesManage catalog structure, variations, and data accuracy at scaleInventory & Operational OversightLead inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment strategiesPartner cross-functionally with operations to maintain optimal in-stock ratesOversee FBA and Vendor workflows to ensure operational efficiencyTransparency Program OwnershipManage Amazon Transparency labeling program across applicable SKUsEnsure compliance, implementation, and issue resolutionData-Driven Performance ManagementOwn reporting and analysis across key KPIs: revenue, conversion, traffic, TACoS/ACoS, and profitabilityTranslate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendationsRegularly present performance updates and growth plans to leadership What We're Looking For:7+ years of deep, hands-on Amazon experience (Seller Central + Vendor Central required)Proven success managing and scaling Amazon businesses with strong marketing and revenue growth resultsAdvanced expertise in Amazon SEO, advertising strategy, and conversion rate optimizationStrong understanding of Amazon's ecosystem including Brand Registry, A+ Content, and TransparencyExperience owning or influencing P&L and making data-driven business decisionsHighly analytical with strong Excel/reporting capabilitiesHigh proficiency with desktop publishing tools: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator preferred.Entrepreneurial, self-directed leader working in partnership with Marketing teamExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions to drive brand awareness Why Join Nightstick:High-visibility Director role with direct impact on company growthFull ownership of Amazon channel strategy and executionOpportunity to build and scale a best-in-class Amazon eCommerce function and expanding across other platforms over time Work Environment:Full-time, on-site role based in Wylie, TXCollaborative environment working closely with leadership, marketing team, and operations reporting directly to CEO Success in This Role:Strong, sustained revenue growth driven by marketing and content optimizationBest-in-class advertising performance with efficient ROIHighly optimized, conversion-focused listings and Brand StoreClean, compliant catalog with minimal disruptionsReliable inventory management supporting consistent sales growth NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
