Location: Stephens County Jail Position: Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse Shift: 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM Schedule: Rotating schedule including every other weekend What You'll Do As an LPN in this role, you will play an important part in providing patient centered healthcare to an underserved population. Responsibilities include: • Delivering direct nursing care to patients within the facility • Administering medications and treatments as ordered • Monitoring patient health and documenting observations • Responding to medical needs and assisting with sick call • Collaborating with physicians, RNs, and correctional staff • Maintaining accurate medical records and following clinical protocols Why Join Southern Health Partners?
