Overview Electrical Engineer – Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors. The role supports multiple programs, focusing on the design, development, and sustainment of launcher electrical systems for the MK41 Vertical Launching System and next‐generation weapons platforms.Responsibilities Support the electrical design sustainment of the MK41 Vertical Launching System and new launcher and weapon system designs across various platforms.Apply electrical engineering and electronics skills, integrating with related disciplines.Coordinate with senior internal or external personnel on significant technical matters.Participate in the design, development, and testing of electronic and electrical components, subsystems, and systems.Develop technical documentation such as design specifications, schematics, assembly drawings, parts lists, and test procedures and reports.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum 2 years of professional experience.Experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams in electronic system development.Working experience in one or more of the following technical areas: Electrical System Integration/DevelopmentComplex Cable DesignPrinted Wiring Board (PWB) DesignCircuit Card Assembly DesignElectrical Bonding and Grounding of EnclosuresFPGA Selection/ProgrammingAbility to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance at the SECRET level.Desired Skills Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.DoD and/or US Navy Development experience using military standards.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Location & Compensation Location: Moorestown, NJ.Base pay range: $91,000 – $172,488 (subject to applicable collective bargaining agreements).Schedule: 4×10‐hour day, 3 days off per week (part‐time remote telework possible).Security Clearance Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. citizens.
