The Machine Operator plays a key role in meeting production goals while maintaining product quality and workplace safety.Key responsibilities include:Setting up and operating production machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelinesMonitoring machines during operation to detect malfunctions or issuesPerforming routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipmentReading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work ordersEnsuring finished products meet quality standards and specificationsRecording production data, including quantities produced, downtime, and maintenance performedMaintaining a clean and organized work areaFollowing all company safety protocols and proceduresQualifications include:Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferredAbility to read technical documents and manualsBasic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periodsWillingness to work shifts/weekends/overtime as needed
