Overview In this role you lead an agile engineering pod to turn AI prototypes into secure, scalable production features, blending hands-on technical architecture with agentic AI innovation. You drive AI PDLC practices, guardrails, and production excellence while mentoring engineers and shaping the team’s career growth. You collaborate cross-functionally to align delivery with product strategy and organizational standards.
