Scanner Operator

PURPOSE Primary responsibilities of the Scanner Operator are to perform daily scanning production output and document preparation for the Conversion Assistance Services department (CAS). The scanner operator must maintain integrity of all scanned documents to ensure the quality and accuracy of each job performed. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerform daily ImageTrac production output and document preparation for the Conversion Assistance Services (CAS)Maintain integrity of scanned documents to ensure the quality & accuracy of each job performed.Possesses full knowledge of procedures for ImageTrac assembly and operation for both internal & external operationsPerform daily preventative maintenance on scanning equipment.Maintain the skills to support customer installation, if required, to include assisting in product as well as ensures proper management and control of all company assets (tools, documentation, software, intellectual property, etc.Assembly, testing, training and equipment operation.
