Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Physical Therapist located in Middlebury, VT. The Staff Physical Therapist will provide direct care to patients, develop tailored treatment plans, conduct physical therapy assessments, and guide rehabilitation exercises. Additional responsibilities include educating patients and families on treatment programs, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications Competence in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care practicesExperience delivering quality care in clinical settings preferredStrong proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical conceptsCommitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered careStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and patientsValid Physical Therapy license in the state of VermontBachelor's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programPrevious experience as a physical therapist is preferred but not required
