Location: (Candidates must be local to Sandersville, GA, Knoxville, TN, or Gainesville, TX area) Dura-Line is looking for an experienced Multi-Site Manufacturing Controller to provide plant-level oversight for internal controls, support for budget and forecast development, analysis of operations performance, and support for Plant Managers in making good business decisions related to plant operations. You will be responsible for providing support to our plants three facilities, (two in Georgia and one in Tennessee). Given that you will be responsible for these 3 plants within your region, we need someone willing to travel as much as 30% of the time. In addition, you will serve as the backup for other multi-site manufacturing controllers. Must be able to give each facility the appropriate attention whether on site or off site. Be able to manage multiple tasks with multiple customers asking for assistance at the same time. We are looking for someone who can communicate information both ways – to management and to operators in the factory and be able to influence without direct authority. Key Responsibilities: Ensure inventory processes are consistently followed while sharing best practices between facilities Daily, weekly, monthly review of plant-level financial and transactions Analysis and identification of cost savings initiatives Manage and conduct daily Gemba walks of the production facilities to assess overall production conditions and adherence to policies, procedures, and good business practices Support for CAPEX development with management of cash flow reporting, asset transfer, and asset capitalization Management of annual physical inventory process for assigned plants Management of fixed asset inventory on the Orbia periodic schedule Development of annual operating plans for assigned plants Development of monthly forecast cycle after closing is complete These are critical roles in our organization, and your leadership skills will be a determining factor for our growth. You will need a bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance. At least 5 years' experience in controlling, fixed assets management, forecasting, budgeting, and cost accounting. Project management experience is highly needed for this role, and you will oversee cost-saving projects along with CAPEX & participate in SOX implementation and cost harmonization project. Your organizational expertise will be a crucial skill when managing these detail-oriented projects. Candidates must be able to walk through a production facility and conduct physical audits. What else is needed to be successful in this role? We will need your strong communication and rigorous attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, demanding environment will be key in this data-focused role. Must be computer savvy and proficient in Excel, and comfortable utilizing different programs when it comes to financial reporting, data analysis, and daily data inputting and have experience using Tier 1 ERP systems (SAP experience is a PLUS). Some experience in standard cost elements (BOM), inventory, cycle count, and production documentation will help as you help operations. What do we offer?
