We have an exciting opportunity for you to join HCA Florida Ocala Hospital which is part of the nation's leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.Job Summary And QualificationsJob Summary: The RN Manager provides nursing oversight and coordination of all Cath procedure, Interventional procedures, EP procedures, and Cath Recovery requiring a nurse, and activities of assigned staff. The Manager must possess strong interpersonal and nursing skills, proven leadership skills, ability to use sound judgement as situations dictate and effective problem solving skills. The position requires the nurse to work directly with and assist the Physician, CV Technologist and RN’s throughout the procedural areas as needed, and department management to carry out department and hospital policies, procedures, and protocols. Assesses patients, provides conscious sedation monitoring, and recording. Documents patient’s care in nursing notes. Assists with the transfer and transport of patients.
