This isn’t a "behind-the-desk" role; you will be the bridge between our technology solutions and the people who need them. You’ll spend your time generating high-quality leads, representing us at major tech roadshows, and meeting clients face-to-face to build lasting partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the tech sector through strategic outreach, networking, and social selling.Event Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at industry conferences, marketing events, and regional roadshows. You’ll be responsible for booth engagement and capturing lead data.Client Engagement: Visit potential and existing clients on-site to assist in presentations, understand their pain points, and nurture the relationship.Sales Support: Work closely with the Senior Sales team to move prospects through the funnel, ensuring a seamless transition from "first handshake" to "closed deal."Market Intelligence: Provide feedback from the field on competitor activity and market trends to help refine our marketing strategy.Candidate Requirements:Experience: 1–2 years in Sales, Business Development, or Field Marketing (ideally within the Tech or SaaS industry).Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You should be comfortable pitching to a C-suite executive or a crowd at a trade show.Adaptability: A "road warrior" mentality. You are excited by the prospect of frequent travel and can manage your productivity while on the move.Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and a quick learner when it comes to technical product specifications.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Travel & Logistics:Base: Must be a resident of Texas (proximity to a major airport hub like DFW, IAH, or AUS is highly preferred).Mobility: Must be open to frequent domestic travel and occasional international trips to visit global headquarters or international tech summits.Licensing: Valid driver’s license and a valid passport (or the ability to obtain one).If you are interested, please share a copy of your resume at Amir.Ahmad@Mastechdigital.com
