Position Summary We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who can help keep our production floor running smoothly. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, supporting facility upkeep, and assisting operators in preventing downtime. If you enjoy solving mechanical and electrical problems and want to contribute to an efficient manufacturing operation, this position could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled and routine maintenance on production machinery and shop equipment. Identify, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Work directly with machine operators and leadership to minimize interruptions in production. Track and restock essential parts and consumables. Train operators on basic maintenance checks and reporting procedures. Support predictive and preventative maintenance efforts across the facility. Serve as a liaison for building‑related needs through Ren‑Tech or other service providers. Communicate with vendors to coordinate service needs and control maintenance costs. Complete annual oil sampling, testing, and related documentation. Skills Needed Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities Proficiency in equipment diagnostics Inventory tracking and parts management Clear communication and teamwork skills Ability to coordinate with vendors and service teams Knowledge Required Fundamentals of industrial maintenance Workplace safety practices and compliance standards Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals Understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems Ability to Implement Apply mechanical aptitude to solve equipment and facility challenges Interpret diagrams and manuals to complete repairs accurately Teach operators the basics of machine care and issue reporting Prioritize multiple tasks based on production needs Collaborate effectively with coworkers across departments Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $16.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience Full‑time employees receive: Competitive pay based on competency 100% employer‑paid employee health insurance and HSA Flexible paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) plan with employer matching Discretionary bonuses Why Work With Us?
