Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tax Accountant based in the Greater Bend Area. The Tax Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax filings, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting clients with tax-related inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include managing tax preparation, analyzing financial statements, collaborating with clients on tax strategies, and providing expert accounting support to meet financial goals. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and team members. Qualifications Experience in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and Tax PlanningProficiency in analyzing and preparing Financial StatementsStrong knowledge of Accounting principles and best practicesExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to communicate complex financial topics clearly and effectivelyBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCPA certification or progress toward certification is highly desirableProficiency in tax and accounting software toolsExperience in client-facing roles and the ability to build strong professional relationships
