Operations & Marketing Coordinator w/ Growth Path Into Operations ManagerMr. Real Estate & Associates is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations & Marketing Coordinator to help build and scale a growing real estate business in Corpus Christi.This is not just an administrative role. We are looking for someone who wants to help create systems, improve processes, solve problems, and grow into a long-term leadership position within the company.The right candidate will work directly with the broker to help organize and streamline daily operations, oversee marketing implementation, support listing launches, coordinate transactions, and help build the operational foundation of the business.Over time, this role is designed to evolve into an Operations Manager position overseeing multiple departments and team members.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate listing launches and marketing timelinesCreate and manage just listed, just sold, and farming campaignsOversee social media scheduling and implementationCoordinate vendors, photographers, signage, lockboxes, and marketing materialsAssist with transaction coordination and deadline managementHelp document systems and create operational proceduresMaintain organization across multiple moving parts and deadlinesHelp identify inefficiencies and improve workflowsAssist with speaking events, community visibility opportunities, and marketing coordinationMaintain communication with clients, vendors, title companies, lenders, and other parties involved in transactionsIdeal CandidateExtremely organized and detail-orientedCalm under pressure and able to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communicator with professional presenceProactive problem solver who takes ownershipComfortable with accountability and high standardsInterested in helping build and scale a business long termTech-comfortable and able to learn new systems quicklyReal estate, title, escrow, transaction coordination, or operational experience is strongly preferredThis Role Is NOT For Someone Who:Wants to become a full-time RealtorNeeds constant direction or supervisionStruggles with organization or follow-throughDislikes systems, structure, or accountabilityIs looking for a low-pressure or purely creative roleCompensationSalary based on experienceLong-term growth opportunity into Operations Manager positionPerformance-based incentives available*To ApplyPlease submit your resume along with a short paragraph explaining:Why you believe you’d be a strong fit for this roleWhat interests you about operations and business growthWhy you’re interested in helping build a long-term business rather than simply working a job
