QA Technician
The Quality Technician is responsible for performing quality checks for the products which are supplied by the customers. The Quality technicians ensure that products comply with all the requirements set forth by customer and are safe for consumption by verifying that products are processed at the required Pressure for defined Hold time with the use of the HPP Machines as specified by the customers. Apart from this they ensure that the products are processed under controlled temperatures which further helps in meeting food safety requirements.

1. Perform checks after required intervals for various line as guided by Quality Assurance Manager.
2. Conduct Gmp and Management policy trainings for all the new employees.
3. Ensure product comply to federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specifications by performing various checks.
4. Perform calibration for IR Temperature guns.
5. Perform checks across all stages of production to ensure product meet all the requirements in terms of quality and temperature.
6. Identify areas of improvements in the facility and update the Quality Assurance Manager
7. Communicate quality concerns or food safety issues to the QAM with urgency.
8. Comply and enforce GMP policies in the company and performs the task related to food safety as one of the essential functions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
