Role Description The Personal Care Aide will provide essential care and support to individuals living with dementia in a compassionate, respectful, and professional manner. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing personal care, ensuring a safe environment, and fostering social interactions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Norfolk, VA. Qualifications Proficiency in providing Personal Care Services and hands-on care in a professional capacityStrong Interpersonal Skills to engage with care recipients, families, and team members effectivelyExcellent Communication skills to ensure clear and respectful interactionsCertification as a PCA or equivalent qualificationCompassionate nature and an understanding of dementia and patients' unique needsPrevious experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plusCPR or first aid certification is advantageous
