If you are an exceptional person, have experience cleaning hotel guest rooms and common areas, and want to work in a terrific environment in the best hotel, apply now! Qualifications and Skills Prior hotel experience preferred. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. We are open 24/7 and will need associates who can work flexible hours and weekends. All associates must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. Must be authorized to work in the U.S., pass background screening and references checks. Amazing Benefits We offer competitive wage based on experience. We offer all full-time associates medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage with up to $350/month paid by Colony House Motor Lodge. Short-term and long-term disability, critical illness, life insurance and many other ancillary benefits are also available at the employee’s expense. All full-time associates receive a $15,000 term life insurance policy paid by The Hotel Monroe. (Benefit reduces by 35% at age 70; 50% at age 75; ends with termination.
