Priority Customer Service Banker
Contact Center Priority Banker At Regions, the Contact Center Priority Banker provides full-service banking to affluent clients through appropriate advice, guidance, and education on Regions' financial products and services.Primary ResponsibilitiesAchieves Contact Center targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate advice, guidance, and education on Regions' financial products and servicesAchieves required levels of inbound/outbound phone calls from the top 10% of Regions customer baseEducates and advises customers on products and services, including all loan and deposit typesTakes ownership of customer issues and works proactively with the customer for resolutionRefers customers to an internal team of experts when complex financial goals and needs are recognizedCompletes work with a limited degree of supervisionThis position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.This position is incentive eligible.This position requires registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS). Please refer to https://fedregistry.nationwidelicensingsystem.org for more information.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDTwo (2) years of experience in customer service, sales, or bankingAbility to accurately observe stable and scrolling on-screen text and imagesAbility to accurately detect verbal information and communicate verbally using a headset or speaker and microphoneAbility to operate a keyboard and mouse to type and make on-screen selectionsAbility to work at a computer for extended periods of timeIf applying for a position that will work from a remote location and not in a Regions facility, the following technical specifications will be required:Download speed of at least 50 megabits per second (Mbps). Satellite Internet, Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi extenders are not allowed.PreferencesCollege DegreeOne (1) year of experience lendingOne (1) year of experience in relationship-based client consultationSkills and CompetenciesAbility to adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelinesAbility to handle multiple priorities simultaneouslyAbility to problem solveAbility to provide personalized customer serviceAbility to work in a fast paced and energetic environmentBasic computer skills with the ability to navigate various systemsIntermediate knowledge of general banking, electronic banking, account opening processes and credit card products and servicesStrong communication and customer focusClass is scheduled to begin April 13 or May 18One (1) year of banking experienceTraining hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pmShift hours: 4 days- Monday-Friday 10am-7pm Every Saturday 8am-5pm or Sunday 11am-5pmOff days will be assigned based on business needsMay be required to work select bank holidaysPosition Type: Full timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:Minimum: $41,570.35 USDMedian: $51,226.50 USDIncentive Pay Plans:This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan.
