What are we looking for?
Union Bank is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Care Supervisor. This role is both a first-line supervisor for Customer Care Associates and a direct customer service provider, delivering exceptional telephone and online support to customers with a broad range of banking needs.
In the supervisory capacity, the Customer Care Supervisor will provide ongoing support, coaching, and performance feedback to Customer Care Associates.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support Customer Care Associates, providing regular coaching and performance feedback
Handle escalated customer issues and complex service requests
Deliver direct customer service via telephone and online channels
Develop and manage team staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage
Promote continuous improvement, service quality, and adherence to banking policies and procedures

Requirements:
Call center or customer service experience required.
Supervisory or banking experience ideal but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
