Alignerr is seeking a Principal Rust Engineer to design and implement high-performance Rust systems powering AI data pipelines and model evaluation workflows. You will work remotely on a freelance basis, collaborating with AI labs and production teams to enhance tooling, reliability, and memory safety.
The role requires 5+ years of production Rust experience, deep knowledge of memory management and zero-copy deserialization, and the ability to commit 20–40 hours weekly.
