Our team operates with a strong sense of accountability, support, and professionalism while maintaining a positive and upbeat environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through product selection based on needs and preferences * Maintain strong product knowledge and continue learning about cannabis products, effects, and compliance regulations * Accurately process transactions using POS systems * Assist with order fulfillment, including online and in-store orders * Support inventory processes including stocking, organization, and accuracy checks * Follow all state compliance regulations and internal SOPs without exception * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace * Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations *What We’re Looking For:* * Strong work ethic and reliability.
