Network Engineer

Job Description Summary: We're looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join us. They will maintain and monitor our network infrastructure, ensuring it runs smoothly. The Network Engineer will be involved in troubleshooting, designing, and implementing network solutions for our business needs. They will have strong technical skills, project management abilities, and problem-solving expertise. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and support LANs, WANs, and Wireless networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and more. Resolve network issues and provide technical support. Contribute to projects improving our network setup. Identify and fix network problems to enhance performance. Document procedures and update network diagrams. Use enterprise-level tools like Web filtering, Open DNS, VPN, etc. Be available for occasional off-hours work when necessary. Provide regular updates on task progress. Foster teamwork and maintain positive communication. Handle incidents, service requests, and change orders promptly. Support tier 2 and tier 3 network operations. Plan and execute network projects effectively. Job Requirements: 5+ years' of experience in similar roles. Experience with Azure, Windstream, and/or Cato. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) preferred. Familiarity with Citrix NetScaler or similar load balancing technologies. Proficiency in routing, core switching, firewalls, VLAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network monitoring tools. Understanding of network principles and internet architecture. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and communication skills. Customer service mindset and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
