Oracle Cloud Finance Functional

Job Description: 6+ years of Functional experience in Oracle ERP Finance Cloud(GL , AP , AR & Expense Management) with in the Support and implementation. Provide Functional & technical expertise in the troubleshooting of the Oracle Fusion Finance/Expense Management Cloud. Augment the client's business systems support staff in providing support for both on and off hours as well as weekend support. Respond to and resolve priority incidents/tickets. Provide status and process area updates. Validates prioritization and categorization of tickets, changes, and enhancements with the business. Maintain close coordination with IT and business owners and work with leads to balance workload across resources/Fusion ERP Cloud application. Facilitate user acceptance and validation of functionality with the business. Identify areas for process improvement. Available for on-call 24x7 support for Priority1 issues.
