Job DescriptionDoor Shop GMDo you have a history in construction & home improvement? It is important that you have experience in managing in a carpentry/manufacturing setting. You would be overseeing the experienced crew in the door shop (customizing and pre-hung/framed), overseeing and participating in sales activities. As the General Manager, you would lead the team by example, set standards, and provide clear consistent guidance to meet goals and objectives.Using an experienced, keen business sense, the General Manager assists with the implementation of marketing plans and ensuring top notch customer service.
