K2 is headquartered in Highland, IN.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Crew Leader to oversee industrial cleaning crews on job sites including power plants, steel mills, and manufacturing facilities. The Crew Leader is responsible for leading safe, efficient, and high-quality work while serving as the primary point of contact between the crew, supervision, dispatch, project management, and the customer.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads from the front, values safety, and knows how to keep a crew productive and accountable.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise field crews performing industrial cleaning services (hydro-blasting, vacuum truck operations, confined space work, etc.)Ensure all work is performed safely, in compliance with company policies, procedures, customer requirements, and OSHA regulations.Conduct job briefings, tailgate meetings, and safety observations.Communicates job progress, issues, and needs to project management/supervision.Verify job scopes are completed correctly and assist with job closeout.Train, mentor, and coach crew members.Maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, and professionalism.QualificationsPrior experience as a Crew Leader, Foreman, or Lead Operator in industrial services.Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning operations (hydro-blasting, vacuum trucks, tank cleaning, line, and tube cleaning, etc.)Ability to lead by example and manage crews in demanding environments.Solid communication and organizational skills.Comfortable long hours, nights, weekends, and outage schedules and cover emergency call ins.Ability to travel and stay overnight as required.Valid driver's chauffeur license (CDL preferred but not required)OSHA 10/30, Confined Space, and other safety certifications a plus.What We OfferCompetitive pay with overtime opportunitiesSteady work with a growing companyCompany-provided PPE and safety trainingStrong safety culture and team-oriented environmentApply online or Contact Dan Wilkerson 734-790-7828 to come to our office and apply in person.Monday- Thursday 9am to 3pm.Office location is: 17100 Southfield Road, Allen Park, MI 48101Official job postings can always be found on our website: asrcindustrial.com/careers/EEO Statement:K2 Industrial Services, Inc. affords equal opportunity in employment to all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, pregnancy, familial status, disability status, veteran status, citizenship status, genetic information or any other characteristic protected under Federal, State or Local law.
