DBT DeveloperSeeking a DBT & SQL Developer with AWS experience (Airflow knowledge is a plus). Comfortable working independentlyProgram Manager Role in a Hybrid Work Model Focusing on Data Pipeline Initiatives That Use Airflow, ETL, SQL, and DBT Core for Enterprise Scale Analytics Programs. The Role Manages Planning, Coordination, and Delivery of Complex Data Projects, Ensuring Quality Outcomes, Stakeholder Alignment, and Measurable Value for Business and Society Through Trusted Data Solutions.Responsibilities:Coordinate end to end planning of data programs that rely on Airflow, ETL, SQL, and DBT Core ensuring clear scope, timelines, and outcome focused deliveryDrive integrated program schedules across multiple data engineering and analytics teams aligning dependencies, milestones, and resource plans for reliable executionManage stakeholder expectations across business, technology, and operations functions by providing transparent status, risk visibility, and clear decision inputsFacilitate program ceremonies such as planning reviews and increment checkpoints to keep teams focused on shared objectives and measurable data outcomesMonitor data pipeline performance and quality metrics at a program level and collaborate with technical owners to prioritize remediation and continuous improvement actionsEnsure ETL workflows orchestrated through Airflow follow agreed standards and controls by tracking adherence and escalating deviations to accountable ownersCoordinate implementation of DBT Core models within broader data initiatives ensuring alignment to defined transformation patterns and documentation practicesCollaborate with data engineers and analysts to sequence SQL and ETL deliverables so that downstream consumers receive timely, trusted, and well validated datasetsOversee risk and issue management for data programs by identifying impact owners and resolution paths and by keeping program governance forums informedAlign program deliverables with organizational data strategy and ethical use principles so that solutions support responsible innovation and societal benefitGuide adoption of hybrid work practices within program teams ensuring effective collaboration, clear communication norms, and accessible documentation repositoriesTrack financials and benefits realization for assigned programs by comparing outcomes against business cases and recommending course corrections when neededCoordinate day shift operations for program activities making sure handoffs and communications are optimized without requiring travel commitments for team membersLocation: Hybrid (50% office - Pleasanton, CA)
