You are comfortable working across access control, video management systems, networking, and software integrations within complex environments.You enjoy getting into technical details - configuring systems in a lab environment, validating integrations, and understanding how systems behave at a deep technical level. You are just as comfortable working directly with systems as you are collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and engineering teams.You thrive in environments that blend hands-on lab experimentation with strategic innovation. Whether configuring and evaluating new integrations in a test lab or assessing emerging technologies for enterprise fit, you enjoy understanding how systems actually function and what it takes to make them work together effectively.You are naturally curious, analytical, and solution-oriented, with the ability to move fluidly between high-level architecture discussions and hands-on technical evaluation of integrated physical security platforms.RequirementsConfigure and evaluate enterprise physical security platforms and system integrations within a lab environment, including hands-on testing and validation of how technologies interact across complex architecturesConduct ongoing research and market scanning to identify and analyze emerging physical security technologies for functionality, maturity, scalability, and alignment with enterprise objectivesCollaborate with infrastructure, networking, and lab teams to ensure sound system architecture and connectivity, working on-site every other weekParticipate in system design reviews and translate operational requirements into practical configuration and integration approachesEngage with vendors and technology partners to coordinate demonstrations, review product roadmaps, and assess offerings against defined use casesSupport integration discussions, adoption planning, and proof-of-concept efforts, including feasibility and implementation impact assessmentsDevelop documentation and reporting across technology evaluations, comparative analyses, and integration workflows for internal teams and client stakeholdersPresent findings and recommendations, in person and in writing, to a range of audiences including senior leadership and executivesSupport internal knowledge sharing through presentations and briefings, and represent the organization at industry events and trade showsOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Security, or a related field preferred8+ years of experience working with enterprise physical security systemsWillingness and ability to commute regularly to Merrimack, NH (every other week cadence)Periodic travel to industry eventsHands-on experience configuring and integrating platforms such as Lenel, Genetec, Milestone, or similar access control and video management systemsDeep understanding of physical security system architecture and cross-platform integrationsStrong working knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, ports, and system connectivity at a configuration levelExperience working within Linux operating systems, including configuring network connectivity, system paths, and supporting software integrationsExperience working within large enterprise or regulated environmentsDemonstrated experience researching and evaluating technology solutions, comparing vendors and platforms, and presenting findings to technical and executive audiencesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical conceptsStrong analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teams in a lab environmentAbility to pass required background checks Why ADRMBe part of a forward-thinking physical security firm that is reshaping the industryWork in a collaborative environment that values balance, respect, and integrityADRM covers 100% of health, dental, and vision insurance premiums for team members and their dependents, ensuring complete support for your well-being and that of your familyEnjoy a robust 401(k) plan that includes a generous company match and profit sharingTeam PrideBecause at ADRM, our people are why we existADRM is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a workplace where people feel respected, supported, and valued.
