ServiceNow Developer - Source 2 Pay Contract

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) Developer to join our growing ServiceNow practice. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, vendor management, procurement operations, contract management, and financial process integrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong ServiceNow platform development experience combined with a deep understanding of procurement and Source-to-Pay business processes. Responsibilities ServiceNow Development & Configuration Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications supporting Source-to-Pay processes. Build custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, Flow Designer automations, and integrations. Develop and support solutions leveraging App Engine, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, and Workspace experiences. Configure and enhance Vendor Management, Procurement Operations Management (POM), Contract Management, and related ServiceNow applications. Create custom applications and modules to support procurement-specific business requirements. Develop dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics solutions to provide procurement insights and KPIs. Integration & Automation Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Coupa, Ariba, or other procurement platforms. Utilize REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub spokes, and middleware technologies to facilitate data synchronization and process automation. Automate procurement workflows including: Supplier onboarding Purchase request approvals Contract reviews Invoice exception handling Vendor risk assessments Solution Design Collaborate with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in solution design workshops and provide recommendations aligned with ServiceNow best practices. Ensure scalability, maintainability, and security of all developed solutions. Support platform governance and development standards. Support & Continuous Improvement Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Participate in code reviews and peer development activities. Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes through automation and platform enhancements. Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles. Required Qualifications 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience. 2+ years supporting procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or Source-to-Pay processes. Strong experience with: ServiceNow App Engine Flow Designer IntegrationHub Service Catalog Custom application development REST/SOAP integrations JavaScript Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP or procurement platforms. Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle processes including: Strategic sourcing Supplier onboarding Contract management Purchase requisitions Purchase orders Invoice processing Vendor governance Experience with Agile development methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ServiceNow Procurement Operations Management (POM). Experience with Vendor Risk Management (VRM) and Third-Party Risk Management. Experience integrating with: SAP SAP Ariba Coupa Oracle ERP Workday Experience with ServiceNow AI and workflow automation capabilities. Knowledge of financial operations and accounts payable processes. ServiceNow certifications such as: CSA CAD CIS-App Engine CIS-VRM CIS-TPRM ITIL Foundation Certification.
